When do subscriptions close?

Subscriptions for The Duckling Post Mail Club close on the 26th of each month at 11:59 PM JST.

If you join after the deadline, your first letter will be the following month's edition.

When do you ship my mail?

Every Duckling Post letter is carefully packed and mailed from Japan between the 27th and 29th of each month.

Can I track my order?

To keep The Duckling Post Mail Club affordable while offering free worldwide shipping, every letter is sent via standard letter mail without tracking.

What if my letter doesn't arrive?
